Internal management are often too involved with the day-to-day priorities of getting sales and servicing customers' expectations to allocate sufficient time to plan and efficiently implement the changes required to reposition the business for future growth. To make the right decisions, management must firstly rationalise the complex range of challenges they face. However because they are fully emerged in the business, they often find it difficult to see a clear path to achieving success. The inclusion in the decision making process of an independent, external perspective, can allow for more insight and clarity and ensure the effective assimilation of the change required. Gerry and Helena work creatively to assist clients to “make sense” of the challenges they face. Having made sense of the issues, they design and deliver innovative solutions that compliment and enhance any existing internal management initiatives. Key areas of expertise include Individual and team performance improvement, staff motivation, and key staff retention.
